This bronze crucifix with a dark patina is a striking piece featuring a modern interpretation of the crucified Christ on a round glass disk at the center of the cross.  It measures approximately 6 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide.  It has an integral hook on the back.

About the studio

This piece was created at the liturgical studios of Butzon and Bercker.  Founded in Germany in 1920, this studio invites artists from all walks of life to present new images to touch and awaken our senses of the sacred.  These images witness to beauty, truth, and the sacred stories which are also our individual stories.
