What types of payment do you accept?
  We accept:
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
In addition, you may place your order online and then pay by mailing us a check. Please be sure to write your order number in the notation section of your check.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  You only have to pay sales tax if we ship to an address in the State of California.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 2-3 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is shipped.  We typically ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
